How far in advance should I place my order?

We recommend placing your order at least 48 hours in advance to ensure availability—especially during holidays or weekends. Last-minute orders may be accommodated based on availability. Should an urgent need arise, please reach out to hello@enchantedeatsxo.com for availability. 

Can I place a last-minute order?

We will do our best to accommodate last minute (less than 48 hours notice) orders! Please reach out to us at hello@enchantedeatsxo.com to confirm our availability! 

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes! Digital gift cards are available in multiple denominations and make the perfect gift for any occasion. You can find them in our shop HERE.

How do I choose my delivery or pickup time?

On each product page, you’ll be prompted to choose a date and time. Please wait for a confirmation email to ensure your time slot is approved and secured. If you don't receive a confirmation email within 36 hours of ordering, please check your spam/junk folder or reach out to us at hello@enchantedeatsxo.com

Do you offer pickup?

Yes, we do offer pickup from our Parker location! Pick up is inside Dream Dinners 10447 S Parker Rd, Parker, CO 80134

🚨Please note that we are only on-site during scheduled pickups (apart from crafting orders!), so it’s important to select a pickup time during checkout that works for you. Orders must be picked up at the agreed-upon time, as we cannot guarantee someone will be available outside of that window to hand off your order.

We appreciate your understanding as we work to keep your experience seamless and magical! 💕

Where do you deliver?

We deliver within 10 miles of our Parker location for a $15 delivery fee—this fee goes directly to your driver to thank them for delivering a little magic to your door! ✨

If you're outside of our delivery zone, we're happy to meet you nearby or arrange a custom delivery for a small additional fee. Just email us at hello@enchantedeatsxo.com and we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs! 💕

What if I miss my delivery or pickup window?

We totally understand—life happens! 💕

However, because our boards are made fresh and we operate on a tight delivery and pickup schedule, we kindly ask that all orders be picked up or accepted at the agreed-upon time.

If you miss your pickup window, we may not be on-site outside of that time, and we cannot guarantee someone will be available to hand off your order.

For deliveries, if no one is available to receive the order during your scheduled window, we may need to reschedule—additional delivery fees will apply.

If you anticipate any timing issues, please email us as soon as possible at hello@enchantedeatsxo.com, and we’ll do our best to work some magic and accommodate! ✨

What’s included on a charcuterie board?

Each Enchanted Eats board is thoughtfully curated and typically includes a magical mix of:

To make your experience even more delightful, each order comes with a QR code you can scan to see which cheeses and meats are included, along with pairing suggestions to help you enjoy every bite to the fullest! ✨

Are the boards customizable?

We’re happy to accommodate custom requests whenever possible. Whether you have dietary restrictions, flavor preferences, or you’re planning a themed event, we’ll do our best to create a board that feels perfectly you. 💕

Do you accommodate dietary restrictions?

Yes—we’re happy to accommodate dietary restrictions whenever possible! 💕 We offer options for vegetarian, gluten-free, nut-free, pork-free, and other special requests upon request.

How long will my board stay fresh?

Our boards are freshly prepared and best enjoyed the same day for peak flavor and presentation. ✨

If you need to store it for a short time, we recommend keeping it refrigerated and covered until about 30 minutes before serving—this allows the cheeses to soften and the flavors to fully shine.

Boards can be safely enjoyed within 24-48 hours if properly stored, but for the most magical experience, we always suggest enjoying it fresh! 💕🧀

Let us know if you're planning ahead—we’re happy to advise on timing and have a wide variety of pick up or delivery times to help with this!

How should I store it before serving?

To keep your board fresh and fabulous, store it in the refrigerator until you're ready to serve. We recommend removing it about 30 minutes beforehand to let the cheeses soften and the flavors come to life—trust us, it’s worth the wait! ✨

If your board is wrapped, keep it lightly covered until serving to maintain freshness. For best results, avoid leaving it out at room temperature for extended periods.

Can I refrigerate leftovers?

Yes! If you have leftovers (lucky you! 😉), you can safely refrigerate them as long as they haven't been left out for extended periods of time (use your best judgement.) We recommend transferring any remaining items into an airtight container to help preserve freshness.

Most cheeses and meats will stay fresh for up to 2–3 days when properly stored, though fresh fruits and crackers are best enjoyed sooner.

For the most magical experience, enjoy your leftovers within a day or two. ✨💖

Yes, we do! ✨ Enchanted Eats offers custom boards, boxes, and charcuterie tables for a wide variety of events—including weddings, showers, corporate gatherings, holiday parties, and more.

Can I order a custom board for a special occasion?

Yes, we love creating custom boards for birthdays, anniversaries, baby showers, holidays, and any other special moment worth celebrating!

We recommend giving us as much notice as possible for event orders—especially for larger gatherings or custom requests. This helps us plan, source premium ingredients, and craft something truly unforgettable for your special occasion. ✨

While we’ll always do our best to accommodate short notice when we can, early booking ensures availability and the full enchanted experience.

What’s your cancellation/refund policy?

Because our boards are made fresh to order and ingredients are sourced specifically for each customer, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations.

Orders canceled with 48+ hours’ notice are eligible for a full refund. (this does not include event orders)


Cancellations made less than 48 hours before pickup or delivery are non-refundable, as we’ve already begun preparing your order with love (and lots of cheese). 🧀💕
