Event Policies
Enchanted Eats
At Enchanted Eats, we are honored to be part of your special events. The following policies are in place to ensure a seamless experience for both our clients and our team.
Booking & Payment
If the event is less than a month away: Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your event date.
In certain cases, alternative payment arrangements may be approved. If agreed upon:
- A 50% deposit is due upon signing
- The remaining 50% is due no later than 14 days prior to the event date
Events are not confirmed or reserved until payment has been received.
Cancellations & Refunds
Due to the custom nature of our offerings and event preparation:
- Cancellations made within 14 days of the event are non-refundable
- Cancellations made with at least 30 days notice may be eligible for a partial refund, minus a fee
Any applicable refund amount and fees will be outlined and agreed upon in your individual event agreement.
Guest Count & Order Adjustments
Final guest count must be confirmed prior to your event as outlined in your agreement.
Please note:
- Reductions in guest count may not be accommodated after final confirmation
- Increases may be accommodated based on availability, but are not guaranteed
Delivery & Setup/Removal
All event orders include delivery due to the nature of our products.
- We do not offer pickup for events
- Delivery timing will be coordinated in advance
- A designated contact must be available to receive the order upon arrival
If setup and removal is included, details will be outlined in your event agreement.
Food Safety & Responsibility
Our products are prepared fresh and intended to be enjoyed promptly. We coordinate with you in advance to time our delivery within a window that works best for enjoying the food immediately.
- We recommend consumption within a timely window after delivery
- If not served immediately, items should be properly refrigerated
- Enchanted Eats is not responsible for product quality once delivery has been completed
Product Availability
While we strive to provide a consistent and elevated experience, ingredients and specific items may vary based on seasonal availability and sourcing.
Any substitutions will be made with comparable, high-quality alternatives.
Agreement
By booking an event with Enchanted Eats, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined above, as well as any additional details specified within your individual event agreement.
