Refund & Cancellation Policy

Due to the perishable nature of our products, Enchanted Eats does not offer returns or refunds once an order has been delivered or picked up.

We understand that plans can change! If your order was placed in advance, you may cancel up to 2 business days before your scheduled pickup or delivery time. In this case, a 15% cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund.

Please note:
Catering orders and special custom orders are non-refundable.
• Cancellations made less than 2 business days in advance are not eligible for a refund.
